Invoice PDF

Cloud Conduit can automatically retrieve PDF document for Xero Invoices. This is useful when you want to send a customer a copy of their invoice.

Xero dictates the look and feel of the document. Visit Xero Central to understand how to modify and use Invoice Templates & Branding Themes

Note

If you do not intend on using this feature, ensure the setting mentioned below is sent to Never.

Configure your Xero Tenant

Navigate to Cloud Conduit: Xero Home and select Edit for a given Tenant.

Then, select an option under Xero Invoice URL

Option	Explanation
Never	Cloud Conduit will not retrieve Invoice PDFs.
New Invoices Only	Retrieves the Invoice PDF for Invoices created or updated after Cloud Conduit was configured. This option is recommended
