Introduction
Conduit for Xero connects your Salesforce® org to Xero, keeping your accounting and CRM data in sync without manual data entry.
Once configured, it brings your Xero contacts, invoices and payments into Salesforce®, and lets your team raise Xero invoices from Salesforce® records without leaving the CRM. Matching rules link your Salesforce® Accounts and Products to their Xero equivalents, so synced data attaches to the right records.
Connect and sync
Section titled “Connect and sync”Keeps the Xero data your teams rely on in sync with Salesforce®, so account managers can see what’s been invoiced and paid without logging in to Xero.
Connect multiple Xero organisations to a single Salesforce® org. Each tenant has its own connection and settings, which suits groups that run separate entities or regions.
Choose how often data syncs, from every 15 minutes to once a day, and restrict syncing to business hours to make the most of Xero’s daily API allowance.
Match and map
Section titled “Match and map”Link each Xero contact to an existing Salesforce® Account. A single page shows every contact’s matching status, so you can find and resolve unmatched contacts quickly.
Link each Xero item to an existing Salesforce® Product, so synced items and invoice lines attach to the right product.
Map any standard or custom object to a Xero contact or invoice. Choose the fields that populate the invoice header and lines, apply tracking categories, and decide whether users can create invoices from the UI.
Create and share invoices
Section titled “Create and share invoices”Add the Xero Invoice Capture component to a record page. Users see the record’s Xero invoices and can raise a new one from a predefined mapping or from scratch.
Create Xero contacts and invoices in bulk from your own automations. A record-triggered flow can raise an invoice whenever a record is ready, with no manual steps.
Retrieve the public online link for each sales invoice. Send it to customers so they can view, download and pay their invoice online.
Retrieve each invoice’s PDF from Xero and store it as a Salesforce® File, ready to attach to an email or share with a customer.
